The firm is seeking an outstanding Litigation Law Graduate to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Sydney. This role forms part of a national graduate cohort and includes Practical Legal Training delivered in‑house. The successful candidate will work across a broad range of commercial disputes and investigations, including:
- commercial litigation and contractual disputes
- corporate regulatory investigations and enforcement actions
- white collar crime and defence matters
- insolvency, restructuring and recovery litigation
- financial services, competition and consumer law disputes
- Graduates work across multiple partners and matters, ensuring the development of a well‑rounded, generalist litigation skill set. The role offers significant exposure to complex, high‑profile disputes and early involvement in substantive legal work, including drafting, research, evidence preparation, court support and client communication. Graduates receive direct supervision from Partners and are given meaningful responsibility from the outset.

The ideal candidate will have:
- excellent academic results across their law degree (MUST have MINIMUM distinction average)
- strong results in litigation‑focused subjects and a genuine interest in dispute resolution
- experience in private practice or a strong demonstrated commitment to commercial law & litigation from a top Australian law firm
- highly developed analytical ability and sound commercial judgement
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- meticulous attention to detail
- the ability to identify key issues quickly and think strategically
- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across teams

The firm offers a structured and integrated graduate program combining in‑house Supervised Legal Training with Practical Legal Training. Graduates participate in a curated training program delivered by Partners and work closely with different practice areas to support the firm’s generalist specialist approach. All training is conducted on‑site.
