The Role
  • Sydney based role within a leading disputes and investigations practice
  • Acting on complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters
  • Exposure to competition and antitrust disputes
  • Working on high profile contractual, corporate and financial product disputes
  • Advising clients through all stages of disputes from strategy to resolution
  • Involvement in court proceedings, mediations and settlement negotiations
  • Opportunity to work collaboratively with teams across Australia and internationally
  • Hybrid working model combining office and remote work
The Candidate
  • Australian qualified lawyer with between 3-7 years post qualification experience
  • Mandatory training from a top tier law firm
  • Strong background in disputes and or competition law
  • Experience across NSW courts and national Australian jurisdictions highly regarded
  • Outstanding academic credentials
  • Exceptional drafting, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Commercially minded with strong judgment and attention to detail
  • A self starter with intellectual curiosity and resilience
  • Collaborative, organised and able to thrive in a high performance environment
  • Confident, clear and concise communicator
