The Role
- Sydney based role within a leading disputes and investigations practice
- Acting on complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters
- Exposure to competition and antitrust disputes
- Working on high profile contractual, corporate and financial product disputes
- Advising clients through all stages of disputes from strategy to resolution
- Involvement in court proceedings, mediations and settlement negotiations
- Opportunity to work collaboratively with teams across Australia and internationally
- Hybrid working model combining office and remote work
The Candidate
- Australian qualified lawyer with between 3-7 years post qualification experience
- Mandatory training from a top tier law firm
- Strong background in disputes and or competition law
- Experience across NSW courts and national Australian jurisdictions highly regarded
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Exceptional drafting, analytical and problem solving skills
- Commercially minded with strong judgment and attention to detail
- A self starter with intellectual curiosity and resilience
- Collaborative, organised and able to thrive in a high performance environment
- Confident, clear and concise communicator
