Maintenance Boilermaker – Western Sydney

$96,000 + Super | Permanent Full-Time | Monday–Friday, Day Shift

We’re chasing an experienced Boilermaker for a full-time, permanent role with a long-standing Australian manufacturer based in Western Sydney. If you’re handy with a welder, take pride in quality work, and want a steady gig with great conditions, this one’s for you.

$96,000 + super
Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Permanent role with a stable company

About the Job

You’ll be doing a mix of:

Fabrication, welding, installations, and repairs around the plant
Helping with preventative and breakdown maintenance
Working on pipework, pumps, valves, gearboxes, and rotating equipment
Keeping maintenance records up to date in MEX
Following all safety procedures and working as part of a solid team

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualified Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter (Cert III or IV)
Previous experience in manufacturing, chemical, or heavy industry
Confident with TIG and MIG welding, stainless and mild steel
Able to complete high-quality welds on process pipework
Fitter experience a bonus (repairs, valve swaps, gearbox work)
Tickets like Forklift, EWP, or Confined Space are a plus
Reliable, safety-minded, and a good communicator
