Looking for a hands-on role where your maintenance and operations skills actually make an impact? We’re partnering with a major commercial property to find an experienced Maintenance Technician / Operations Officer to support the smooth running, safety, and presentation of a busy commercial site.

The Role

• Daily building checks and minor repairs across lighting, plumbing, painting, and general upkeep


• Oversee cleaning services and ensure presentation standards are maintained


• Coordinate contractors across HVAC, fire, lifts, security, and other services


• Maintain plant rooms, equipment, and support preventative maintenance schedules


• Assist with compliance activities including WHS, risk, and the Annual Fire Safety Statement


• Keep accurate records, service logs, and support operational reporting

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in building or facilities maintenance


• Broad general maintenance or trade skills


• Experience coordinating contractors or cleaning teams


• Strong understanding of WHS and building compliance


• Clear communicator with solid reporting capability


• White Card and driver’s licence ideal; Fire Safety Statement knowledge a plus


• Experience with systems like Yardi beneficial
