They are now seeking an energetic, driven Sales Consultant to spearhead growth within the UK, Europe, and Chinese communities. This is a revenue-focused, front-line sales position ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, relationship-driven environment.
About the role
Reporting to senior leaders across the UK/European region, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales process, from first inquiry through to onboarding. You’ll engage with warm, high-intent families, understand their goals, and recommend tailored education programmes.
This role will also see you represent the organisation at both virtual and in-person events, working collaboratively with regional marketing partners to drive ongoing sales momentum.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, converting inbound leads into enrolled families
- Conduct detailed, value-led consultations with parents and students
- Close premium education solutions in a competitive, high-trust environment
- Attend and present at events across London, the UK, and Europe, including seminars, webinars, school events, and expos
- Build and maintain partnerships that support new business opportunities
- Work closely with marketing teams to optimise lead generation efforts
- Monitor, manage, and engage incoming leads from channels such as WeChat, Red Note, and email
- Collaborate with marketing to convert leads

About you
- A confident communicator who can build trust quickly
- Strong previous sales experience
- Experience in sales, client engagement, or consultative service delivery
- Able to work autonomously while collaborating with regional teams
- Comfortable presenting at events and speaking with high-expectation clients
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Full UK working rights
