We’re now looking for a Membership Services Team Member to join our dedicated team in Hindmarsh.
About the role
As a key member of our Membership Services team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, supporting them with enquiries, applications, and ongoing service. Your role is essential in helping us grow and retain our membership base while delivering our life-saving services with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing inbound and outbound calls for member enquiries, applications, renewals, and product orders
- Maintaining accurate member records within our CRM system
- Promoting products and services to meet member needs and support retention
- Processing payments, upgrades, resignations, and order fulfilment
- Resolving enquiries and complex situations with empathy and professionalism
- Working towards individual and team KPIs in a contact centre environment
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a contact centre, customer service role, or medical environment is highly regarded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to identify needs and offer solutions
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
