About the role
As a Member Services Team Member, you will engage in both inbound and outbound membership services. Your role will blend customer service, retention, administration, and soft sales, all within a high-volume phone environment. You will be expected to meet KPI targets while helping individuals navigate their membership needs.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls
- Assist members with inquiries and promote relevant products and services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions
- Achieve KPI expectations related to service delivery and retention
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Strong capability in administration and record-keeping
- Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and promote services effectively
