National People & Culture Manager

The opportunity
 
In this strategic role, you’ll have a genuine seat at the table, reporting directly to the EGM and working across multiple sites. You’ll provide comprehensive operational advice and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, while actively influencing and shaping people strategy. As a key point of contact for both leaders and employees, you’ll offer expert guidance, insights, and recommendations on all P&C matters. You’ll also play a pivotal role in updating and developing policies and procedures and driving the implementation of key projects and initiatives.
 
Selection criteria:
 

• Relevant tertiary HR qualification coupled with proven experience in a Manager / Senior HRBP level role
• In-depth knowledge of HR and ER practices, including current legislation and award interpretation.
• Demonstrated experience supporting and managing the full employee lifecycle including manage employee relations, performance management, and grievance processes
• Highly developed communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong analytical, data management and problem-solving skills
• Tech savvy and able to travel as required
