The Business
This renowned ASX listed group is an industry leader in the property market. Specialising in private equity for real estate developments, this business has been on a significant growth journey in the Australian market. A superb opportunity is available to join the team as an Office Assistant and contribute to a business in its growth phase.

The Role
Working alongside the Work space Team, your duties will include:
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Supporting various departments in the Shared Services team.
  • Meeting and greeting customers.
  • Kitchen and office maintenance.
  • Scheduling meeting rooms & Adhoc tasks as required.
Your Experience
To be successful you must possess general office administration experience. With Excel and Word skills advantageous, you will demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently.

This role is offering up to $67,000 + super, temp to perm. Because this position has a potential permanent option, we cannot consider working holiday or student visas.

  • Conduct market research and analysis around consumer requirements, habits and trends
  • Plan and execute service initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social, media, SMS, email, etc)
  • Gather and analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc) to help create and shape future service marketing strategies
  • Work across internal teams to ensure consistent communications, promotions, offers, content are aligned across all channels
  • Collaborate with external vendors to support and ensure the execution of service marketing plan through promotional events and campaigns
  • Create and distribute weekly/monthly reports on critical metrics as well as establish consistent cadences
  • Engage with service partners and other key stakeholders to ensure support with the execution of strategic marketing plans
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • About YOU: 
    BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
  • Experience within a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience with Office 365 specifically Excel and Adobe products essential
  • Experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with end to end campaign management/execution, analysing data to optimise campaigns, localisation/editing of marketing materials
