About the Opportunity
This is a hands-on and varied position that will play a key role in supporting business operations, managing reception and ensuring the smooth running of the office. As the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, you will help create a professional and welcoming environment while providing broad administrative and project support across the business.
- Managing the day-to-day administration and coordination of the office environment
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and contractors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Managing reception duties, including answering and directing incoming calls, responding to enquiries and coordinating visitors
- Coordinating meeting room bookings, preparing meeting spaces and welcoming guests onsite
- Coordinating office supplies, equipment purchases and purchase order requirements
- Providing administrative support across the business, including correspondence and general enquiries
- Maintaining business data and records
- Coordinating office facilities, building maintenance, cleaning services and workplace requirements
- Coordinating company assets including fleet vehicles, mobile devices, uniforms and office equipment
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and external service providers
- Invoice processing
- Preparing internal communications and company updates
- Organising staff events, engagement activities and initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring:
- Previous experience in an Office Administrator, Office Coordinator, Receptionist or similar role
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- A proactive approach and confidence working independently
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of a business
- Sound problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take initiative
- A professional and friendly manner with a strong customer service focus
- A team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach
