THE FIRM:

THE ROLE:
This firm is seeking a proactive and professional Office Assistant to join their business support team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth running of front office operations, supporting staff, clients, and visitors while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
-Acting as the first point of contact on reception, managing incoming calls, emails, and welcoming visitors.
-Overseeing visitor check-ins, meeting preparation, and ensuring a professional front-of-house experience.
-Coordinating office diaries, meeting spaces, and catering for internal and client events.
-Organising domestic and international travel arrangements, including transport and accommodation.
-Providing basic IT and audio-visual support, escalating technical issues where required.
-Handling day-to-day office administration, including mail, couriers, stationery, and supplies.
-Assisting with firm initiatives, event coordination, and ad-hoc administrative projects.

ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
-Experience as a legal receptionist or office assistant.
-Strong communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
-High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
-A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.
