About the role
The Office Manager position is pivotal in managing the upcoming relocation of the Melbourne office in 2027. This standalone role requires a self-motivated professional who can effectively manage their workload while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organisation. The successful candidate will navigate the complexities of office relocation, ensuring a smooth transition for both businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all practical aspects of the Melbourne office relocation
- Manage packing and allocation of crates/tubs across teams
- Liaise with removalists and external vendors
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs
- Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Conduct workplace inductions for new employees
- Maintain a strong focus on Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)
- Support ad hoc workplace improvement projects.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in Workplace Services, Facilities, or Office Management within a corporate environment
- Strong capability in managing office relocations and supplier relationships
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of organisation and accountability
- Excellent knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety regulations.
