About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this varied and autonomous role will see you take ownership of office operations while supporting key business projects and initiatives.
  • Overseeing daily office administration to ensure efficient business operations
  • Developing, maintaining and improving administrative systems, procedures and documentation
  • Managing document control, records management and filing systems
  • Coordinating office supplies, equipment and procurement activities, including purchase orders
  • Providing general administrative support and managing correspondence
  • Maintaining administrative reports and business records
  • Overseeing office facilities, maintenance, cleaning, security and workplace services
  • Managing meeting rooms, workplace resources and office space utilisation
  • Supporting business projects and providing project administration assistance
  • Administering company fleet arrangements, mobile phones, uniforms and other business assets
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors and service providers
  • Coordinating contract administration and invoice processing
  • Facilitating employee onboarding and induction processes
  • Drafting internal communications
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives, workplace culture programs and corporate events
About You
To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in an Office Coordinator, Office Manager or similar position
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • High levels of computer literacy and systems confidence
  • A collaborative and team-focused approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
