people2people is partnering with a marketing agency on the lower north shore, seeking a Operations Administrator on a permanent basis.
The Business Specialising in helping businesses grow through strategic digital solutions, they focus on delivering measurable results by combining data-driven insights with creative campaigns tailored to each client’s goals. Their services typically include social media management, digital advertising, and content strategies designed to boost engagement and brand visibility.
The Role Reporting to one of the Senior Managers, you will; Identify work flow errors and provide solutions on improvements and more efficient methods. Ensure measurable outcomes and policies are followed. Oversee the human element of the company, helping with staff maintenance and recruitment related tasks. Coordinate cultural events for the internal team to enhance company engagement and morale.
Experience To be successful for this role you will; Have some exposure to HR or PA related work, with a good understanding of people management and process improvements. Understand how to identify workflow errors, experience with compliance, with a high attention to detail. Outstanding communication skills, ability to influence C level stakeholders in the business. Takes pride in tasks being completed efficiently at a high standard.

You will be offered a salary of up to $65,000 - $70,000 + super + bonus + a salary review at the end of the year.
