We’re partnering with a globally recognised education organisation that supports a nationwide network of learning centres focused on helping children build strong academic foundation skills. Their structured programme is used worldwide and delivered locally through independently operated centres across New Zealand.
Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
As a Field Development Consultant, you’ll support a portfolio of learning centres across Auckland and occasionally elsewhere in New Zealand. Your role is to coach and guide centre owners to maintain programme quality, improve centre operations and support strong student outcomes.
This is not a teaching role. Instead, you will act as an advisor and partner to centre owners, observing centre sessions, providing feedback and helping them implement best practice.
Ngā kawenga | What You’ll Be Doing
Successful candidates often come from backgrounds such as education support, franchise or area management, operations, coaching or customer-focused roles where influencing without authority is important.
- Support and coach a portfolio of approximately 10 to 15 learning centres
- Conduct regular centre visits to observe sessions and provide guidance
- Build strong relationships with centre owners and support centre performance
- Identify opportunities to improve student outcomes and centre operations
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
- Work closely with head office teams to ensure programme consistency
Mōhou ake | About You
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, analytical and comfortable providing constructive feedback
- Confident using Word, Excel and learning new systems
- Full New Zealand driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Genuine interest in children’s education and learning environments
- Solid maths and English proficiency, with all staff completing assessments before joining
Ngā painga | What You’ll Get
- $70,000 - $75,000 salary
- Annual discretionary bonus, typically around one month’s salary
- Mileage reimbursement for centre visits
- Hybrid working once established
- On-site parking at the Auckland office
