Organisation Development Partner - VPS 5 (Temporary Position)

• Location: Melbourne CBD


• Contract: ASAP - 30 June 2026


• Salary: VPS 5 | $71-$86 per hour plus superannuation

I am currently partnering with a Victorian Government agency to recruit an experienced Organisation Development Partner to support key people and culture initiatives.

This role will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver evidence-based organisation development programs that strengthen culture, leadership capability and workforce readiness within a complex, regulated environment.

About you

• Strong background in organisational development at a senior level


• Demonstrated experience in Employee Value Proposition (EVP) design and delivery


• Proven capability in leadership development, culture uplift and organisational change


• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and advisory skills
