An established boutique family law firm in Perth is seeking a career Paralegal to join its collaborative and people-focused team.

The Opportunity
This role will see you providing hands-on support across a range of family law matters, with a strong focus on organisation, communication and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing disclosure processes and compiling financial documentation
- Liaising with clients, courts, barristers and external parties
- Drafting legal documents including affidavits, applications and correspondence
- Filing and serving court documents
- Assisting with trial and hearing preparation, including court bundles
- Managing key dates, deadlines and matter coordination
- Providing general administrative support across matters
About You
- Previous experience in a paralegal or legal support role
- Family law experience is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
