This role focuses on guiding clients through the full spectrum of commercial debt recovery and enforcement. About the role
Working in a fast-paced environment, this role would be suited to an experienced paralegal, or law a law student with paralegal experience looking to develop their experience and exposure. With the option to work full time or part time 4 days per week, duties of the role include:

• Execute tasks accurately and efficiently while balancing deadlines and multiple client matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of important clients.
• Manage commercial and financial recovery efforts.
• Drive debt recovery and enforcement processes, including bankruptcy, winding-up, asset seizure and sale, garnishee orders, warrants, and oral examinations.
• Manage client matters with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Deliver measurable results that meet client expectations and internal targets.
• Handle day-to-day administration – from filing and scanning to email correspondence – with precision.

About you

• Previous paralegal experience.
• Experience in commercial litigation or debt recovery.
• Exceptional communication and client service skills.
• Proactive, confident, and solution-focused mindset.
• Strong organisational, planning, and time management abilities.
• Tech-savvy, quick to pick up new systems and processes.
