About the role:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions
- Full function accounts payable and receivable
- Processing of invoices
- Management of expense claims
- Providing support to logistics team
- Support the team with general admin and financial tasks as needed.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in the position accountabilities
- Experience with accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving financial processes.
- Looking to commit to 25hrs a week in an office based role
