About the role
We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Casual Receptionist to join the team and provide ongoing Sunday reception coverage, with the opportunity to assist with additional weekday relief shifts as required. This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent Sunday hours, with the flexibility to pick up additional work during the week.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the switchboard and handling incoming calls
- Welcoming and assisting customers and visitors
- Providing a professional and friendly front-of-house experience
- General reception and administrative duties
- Monitoring and responding to emails
- Preparing coffees and refreshments for customers/visitors
- Assisting with general office administration
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc reception requirements
Skills & experience
- Warm, friendly, and customer-focused
- Professional and well-presented
- Confident communicating with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
- Reliable and committed to ongoing Sunday availability
- Flexible and available to assist with weekday relief shifts where possible
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and handling emails
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Previous reception, administration, hospitality, or customer service experience will be highly regarded.
