Partner & Marketing Operations Manager
Our client, Samsung Ads, is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Partner & Marketing Operations Manager to join their team.
In this position, working across two teams - Samsung Ads and Samsung TV Plus - you will oversee key aspects of marketing operations, as well as the onboarding and management of vendors and partners.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage internal systems and processes to drive marketing efficiencies
- Lead vendor and partner end-to-end onboarding, acting as the key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage evidencing and invoicing across marketing-driven activity
- Review and reconcile invoicing against revenue reporting and coordinate processing
- Provide clear and timely updates on payment processing statuses to stakeholders
- Coordinate with various teams to manage timelines and resolve discrepancies
- Manage ad hoc marketing-related tasks as required
About You
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Exceptional organisation and meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numerical and financial understanding
