About the role
This role offers an opportunity to manage payroll processes within a dynamic organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with Australian payroll regulations, and supporting the team in navigating complex awards and EBAs.
Key responsibilities
  • Process payroll for employees in accordance with legislation and organisational policies
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy in reporting
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related inquiries
  • Assist in the implementation of payroll systems and improvements
  • Provide support and guidance to team members on payroll matters
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, with at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Strong capability in navigating Australian payroll legislation and awards
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with payroll systems, preferably Employment Hero
