Payroll Specialist


About the role
The organisation seeks a Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations at a senior level. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll, particularly in relation to bonus calculations and audit preparations. You will play a key role in delivering bonus payments while collaborating with the payroll manager and remuneration manager.
Key responsibilities
  • Support payroll business as usual (BAU) operations during the transition period.
  • Calculate bonuses and prepare documentation for audit purposes.
  • Collaborate on projects involving bonus calculations and audit preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and standards.
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and calculations.
  • Strong capability in accounting practices, including journal posting and reconciliations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage payroll audits and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Global payroll experience
