People and Culture Coordinator
Role
As the People and Culture Coordinator. Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (recruitment , induction, on boarding) and other people services of the employee life cycle in line with organisational policies and procedures.
- Providing HR support on detailed and employment matters to internal staff across all levels and external stakeholders.
- Managing employee engagement and development including well-being initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Supporting the development and delivery of learning/development programs, internal training and general HR related policies and programs.
- Maintaining and revising HR records, systems, and documentation to ensure compliance.
About you
- Certification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline with at least 2 years experience OR equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with complex situations and experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Experience using Technology One is preferred
- Experience in ELMO or any other HR integration system
- Detail oriented with excellent organisational skills and proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong ability to manage and work collaboratively in a team to efficiently deliver on tasks.
- An interest in learning and development.
