Performance Marketing Lead
Sydney | Hybrid | Up to $150,000 + Super

With established operations across Australia, the UK and Europe, and a major US launch on the horizon, this is an opportunity to take ownership of performance marketing at a critical stage of growth.
The Opportunity
This is a senior hands-on role combining strategy, execution and commercial ownership. You'll lead paid acquisition across multiple international markets, managing significant media budgets while working closely with in-house creative, content and growth teams. Success in the role will come from your ability to balance acquisition efficiency with long-term customer value, while identifying new opportunities to scale growth profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise paid media performance across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels
- Manage and allocate multi-million dollar advertising budgets
- Drive customer acquisition performance against CAC, LTV and profitability targets
- Develop testing frameworks across creative, messaging, offers and landing pages
- Lead go-to-market activity for new international market launches
- Build reporting, forecasting and performance models to support business decisions
- Partner closely with creative, content and product teams to improve campaign outcomes
- Mentor and upskill juniors within the team
- Identify and test new channels, audiences and growth opportunities
About You
You are equally comfortable in the platforms and in strategic discussions.
You will likely bring: 4+ years' experience in performance marketing, either agency or in-house|||Strong hands-on expertise across both Meta and Google Ads|||Experience managing significant eCommerce media budgets|||A data-led approach with strong commercial acumen|||Confidence analysing CAC, ROAS, LTV and broader profitability metrics|||Experience building reporting frameworks and presenting performance insights|||A proactive mindset and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment|||Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience across international markets and/or subscription or DTC eCommerce businesses will be highly regarded.
