We’re looking for a Performance Media Specialist who lives and breathes data, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited by the challenge of driving measurable growth at scale. This is a temporary opportunity for roughly 12 months in duration, you will be onsite 5 days a week in the CBD
About the Role
This role is all about ownership and performance. You’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of paid search and shopping campaigns, with full responsibility for planning, execution, optimisation, and performance reporting.
You’ll be working with significant campaign budgets across competitive categories, giving you exposure to complex, high-value accounts that demand both strategic thinking and technical excellence.
While your core focus will be on Paid Search, you’ll also have the opportunity to expand your impact across retargeting, display, and audience development, working closely with marketing, eCommerce, and analytics teams to deliver best-in-class results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of Paid Search and Shopping campaigns across ANZ, including planning, optimisation, and performance analysis.
- Manage and optimise multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring efficient spend pacing and strong ROI.
- Develop and execute advanced bidding strategies to hit monthly revenue and performance targets.
- Deliver data-led insights and recommendations, turning campaign metrics into clear business outcomes.
- Partner with the eCommerce team to align paid search activity with key promotions and trading priorities.
- Build, test, and refine audience strategies that improve targeting and drive incremental value.
- Create and maintain real-time dashboards and reports to track campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative and data teams to ensure all assets, feeds, and dynamic campaigns are running seamlessly.
About You
You’re a Paid Search specialist who’s confident managing large budgets and complex campaigns. You bring a sharp analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital performance levers, and the curiosity to keep testing, learning, and improving.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing high-budget Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads essential).
- Strong understanding of Google Marketing Platform tools, including GA4, SA360, DV360, and Campaign Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Centre and feed management.
- Demonstrated success in budget optimisation and revenue growth.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
