Personal Assistant to HOF
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, board papers, meeting packs and executive documentation with high accuracy.
- Take formal minutes across executive, committee and governance meetings.
- Manage a complex executive diary, meetings, travel and logistics autonomously.
- Compile, reformat and produce reports from PDF, Word and Excel sources.
- Support finance-related reporting and documentation using Excel.
- Maintain SharePoint, filing systems and document control processes.
- Manage IT asset registers and administrative tracking spreadsheets.
- Coordinate meetings, events and stakeholder communication nationally.
- Provide professional telephone and written communication on behalf of the executive.
- Ensure confidential handling of sensitive information at all times.
About You:
- Extensive experience as a PA/EA, ideally supporting a finance leader.
- Exposure to multi-site organisations(e.g., schools or complex operational environments).
- Advanced Excel, strong Word/PowerPoint, SharePoint and document formatting experience.
- Reliable operator: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing up.
- Experience taking formal minutes for boards, committees or senior meetings and preparing materials for governance committees(Finance, Risk, Audit).
- Current driver’s licence and Working with Children clearance (or willingness to obtain).
