People2people are looking for an experience Portfolio Management Analyst to come on board and support the wider Project team. This role is dedicated to ensuring the daily operations of the portfolio are structured and consistent. You will support the PM Practice Lead by managing system processes, maintaining reporting cycles, and coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of project data.
What you’ll be doing
This role is heavily weighted to BAU portfolio support and system/process ownership.
- Running and maintaining portfolio reporting cycles across multiple projects
- Managing portfolio registers including benefits tracking, governance and resource demand
- Supporting the ongoing use and development of the enterprise PM system
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all project inputs
- Working closely with stakeholders to chase, validate and standardise reporting inputs
- Supporting governance processes and committee reporting
- Assisting with resource planning visibility and tracking capacity issues
- Managing onboarding and coordination processes for project resources
- Supporting lifecycle process improvements led by the PM Practice Lead
What you need to bring
- Experience in a PMO or EPMO environment supporting a portfolio of projects
- Strong portfolio reporting and data management experience
- Experience working with project management systems and maintaining data integrity
- Comfortable working in structured environments with repeatable BAU processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly around coordination and follow-up
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing processes
- Politically neutral with no affiliations
