Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support and execute communications and PR strategy for the brand, including campaigns, product launches, promotions and reactive communications.
- Oversee development of high-quality content across channels (press releases, articles, video, social, multimedia assets).
- Manage newsroom content pipeline, including localisation, approvals and publishing.
- Develop and deliver CSR strategy and programs, including PR, events, digital and social initiatives.
- Manage product seeding programs spanning media/influencer engagement, competitions and PR events to generate earned coverage.
- Oversee product inventory tracking and logistics and develop sampling strategies.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Drive internal engagement and manage end-to-end program reporting and evaluation.
- Manage PR budgets, reporting, and compliance with internal processes.
- Relevant tertiary degree with 2-3 years' of related experience.
- High-performing and passionate communications professional.
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail.
- Proactively minded and a keen collaborator with the ability to operate autonomously.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
