Our client, Samsung Electronics Australia, is seeking a driven and enthusiastic PR & Content Specialist to join their high-performing team.
In this position, you will play an integral role in delivering integrated communications and PR activities. This will include supporting the Communications and PR team to execute campaigns, product launches, media relations, thought leadership and content production across multiple portfolios.
You will also lead CSR programs, newsroom content and the product and influencer sample program, while collaborating cross-functionally and managing agencies, budgets and reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support and execute communications and PR strategy for the brand, including campaigns, product launches, promotions and reactive communications
- Oversee development of high-quality content across channels including press releases, articles, video, social and multimedia assets
- Manage newsroom content pipeline, including localisation, approvals and publishing
- Develop and deliver CSR strategy and programs, including PR, events, digital and social initiatives
- Manage product seeding programs spanning media and influencer engagement, competitions and PR events to generate earned coverage
- Oversee product inventory tracking and logistics and develop sampling strategies
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns
- Drive internal engagement and manage end-to-end program reporting and evaluation
- Manage PR budgets, reporting and compliance with internal processes
About You
- Relevant tertiary degree with 2 to 3 years of related experience
- High-performing and passionate communications professional
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively and work autonomously
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
