We’re partnering with a market leader in the consumer goods space to find a Pricing Coordinator to support their Commercial Finance team. This role sits at the heart of pricing, promotions, and data integrity—perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and cross-functional teams.
🚀 The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring pricing and promotional data is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time across multiple systems. You’ll work closely with category, sales, and finance teams to support the smooth execution of promotions and pricing strategies.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Upload and maintain promotional pricing and discounts within internal systems
- Perform pricing compliance checks to ensure accuracy vs approvals
- Maintain pricing registers, promotion trackers, and company price lists
- Coordinate promotional timelines and ensure all pricing is ready ahead of go-live
- Process rebate credits and assist with accrual reconciliations
- Respond to pricing and rebate-related queries from internal stakeholders
- Support the wider commercial finance team with reporting and ad-hoc analysis
👤 About You
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Experience working with data, reporting, or pricing in a commercial environment
- Confident working across multiple systems (ERP exposure is a plus)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with departments outside of finance
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving processes
⭐ Nice to Have
- Exposure to pricing, promotions, rebates, or commercial finance
- Background in retail, FMCG, or a product-based industry
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
