As a Principal Advisor, you will leverage your expertise in policy analysis and sector reform to influence public health strategies. This role offers the opportunity to shape significant health policies and contribute to the overall improvement of health services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and analyse policy proposals to support sector reform initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on health policy objectives
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on complex policy issues
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of health policies to assess their impact
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for various audiences.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in policy analysis within the health sector
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for diverse audiences.
