About the role
The Principal Contractor will provide senior leadership and expert advice to support an independent review. The role will ensure the review is robust and generates practical recommendations to enhance governance and project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the independent review, including analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide strategic advice to Ministers and the organisation on review findings and risks.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Engage with lead monitors to ensure knowledge transfer and context.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in supporting complex reviews or investigations.
- Strong governance and risk management expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex issues and provide high-quality advice.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of technology-enabled transformation and public sector accountability frameworks.
