Principal Consultant - Ethical Standards

I’m currently recruiting for a Principal Consultant to join the Ethical Standards Unit of a well-regarded public sector organisation based in the CBD.
This is a key role for someone experienced in managing complex workplace matters such as complaints, grievances, misconduct and investigations. You'll be providing advice to senior leaders, supporting workplace behaviour initiatives, and working closely with legal and HR teams to guide outcomes that align with public sector values.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on complex conduct, performance and grievance matters
- Leading or supporting workplace investigations and complaints handling
- Coaching and supporting managers on best-practice approaches to ethical and compliant workplace behaviour
- Assisting with policy and training initiatives to improve workplace culture
- Representing the organisation in employment-related forums where required
- Previous experience in workplace relations, investigations, complaints management or a similar field
- Solid understanding of employment legislation, industrial instruments and ethical standards
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence working autonomously and influencing senior stakeholders
- Qualifications in HR, Law or a related field will be highly regarded
