Principal Strategy Lead - Project Manager
The Role
As Strategic Programs Manager, you’ll lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of major organisational initiatives designed to improve customer experience, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and ensure compliance with legislative and policy frameworks. Working in a dynamic and complex environment, you’ll provide expert advice to senior leaders, facilitate collaboration across teams, and deliver innovative solutions to support organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of strategic programs and initiatives.
- Provide expert advice to senior leaders and stakeholders on program direction, risks, and emerging issues.
- Drive engagement with stakeholders through workshops, presentations, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with specialist teams to apply best practice methodologies and maximise efficiency.
- Monitor policy changes, industry trends, and customer needs to deliver forward-thinking strategies.
- Influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders to achieve alignment and positive outcomes.
