Project Administrator– 12 Month Temporary Role


We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join the Infrastructure & Operations team within the Technology Group.
This is a 12-month temporary assignment supporting a large-scale technology project.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a significant project while working with a collaborative and fast-paced technology team. The role offers flexibility with WFH options while being based in the Sydney CBD.

About the Team

The Business Unit is responsible for managing and supporting core technology services across the organisation.
As a Project Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the project team delivering infrastructure for the project.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the project team
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, task logs and registers
Ensure accurate configuration and control of project documentation to support compliance and project governance
Assist with procurement processes and supplier engagement
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Support the onboarding process for supplier workforce
Provide general administrative support to the project as required



To be successful in this role, you will bring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy project environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Strong computer skills and confidence working across systems and documentation
High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities

Desirable:

Exposure to ICT Infrastructure & Operations, including End User Compute, Networking or Telephony systems
Ability to remain politically neutral, with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
