About the Opportunity
We are seeking two Property Associates with 2-3 years post-admission experience to join a dynamic and collaborative Property team. These full-time, permanent positions offer exposure to quality transactional property work within a respected mid-sized commercial practice.
You will work closely with senior lawyers on a broad range of matters, including:

Residential and commercial property transactions (sales, purchases, leases, developments)
Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and related documentation
Conducting due diligence, title and property searches
Advising clients on property law and commercial issues
Managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with legal requirements

About You

2-3 years PAE in property law
Experience from a boutique or mid-tier firm preferred
Confident managing files from instruction to completion
Strong understanding of residential and commercial conveyancing
PEXA experience essential
Excellent drafting, attention to detail, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a large, collaborative team
Proactive, organised, and adaptable
