A WA boutique law firm specializing in Property, Commercial, and Wills & Estates is expanding and has an exciting opportunity for two Property Lawyers to join their team.

The Roles
We have two exciting opportunities to join a well-regarded boutique law firm’s growing property team. You will work on a variety of commercial leasing matters, drafting and negotiating leases and contracts for a diverse client base.These roles provide excellent exposure to commercial property transactions, allowing you to develop and refine your expertise in property law within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Your work will include:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases and related contracts
Advising clients on leasing arrangements, renewals, and lease enforcement issues
Assisting with property acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence
Supporting clients through complex commercial property transactions
Collaborating with senior lawyers and clients to deliver practical, tailored legal advice

The Candidates

Senior Property Lawyer (5+ years PAE)

Experienced property lawyer
Strong expertise in commercial leasing and contract drafting
Ability to manage matters independently
Confident leading client relationships
Contributes to team success and collaboration

Junior Property Lawyer (1+ years PAE)

Emerging property lawyer with some commercial property experience
Exposure to commercial leasing and contract drafting
Eager to develop technical skills and experience
Interested in working closely with senior practitioners
Thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment
