The Role

An established inner city property group is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to join their Perth office on a full time basis.

This role oversees a well presented and stable residential portfolio and has arisen due to a planned retirement. You will receive a structured handover, allowing you to step into the role with confidence and support from day one.

You will be part of a collaborative, people focused team that operates with clear systems and processes in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a residential portfolio from end to end


• Advertising vacancies, conducting inspections, and placing tenants


• Coordinating maintenance and repairs through established processes


• Overseeing lease renewals and rental reviews


• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords through regular communication


• Responding to tenant enquiries in a professional and timely manner


• Ensuring compliance with WA tenancy legislation and internal procedures


• Working closely with colleagues in a supportive team environment

About You

• Proven experience in residential property management


• Solid understanding of WA residential tenancy legislation


• Strong communication, organisation, and relationship building skills


• Comfortable managing landlord and tenant matters independently


• Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office


• Experience with inner city or metropolitan portfolios is advantageous


• Property Tree experience is beneficial but not essential


• A collaborative team member who values relationships and accountability
