The Opportunity
people2people is partnering with an established boutique real estate agency in Perth’s western suburbs to recruit an experienced Property Manager.
You will manage a portfolio of approximately 110 residential properties, primarily located around Doubleview and Scarborough. The role is based mainly from the agency’s western suburbs office, with one day per week from a second local office and the option to work from home one day per week following probation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day requirements of approximately 110 residential properties
- Build strong relationships with owners, tenants and contractors
- Coordinate maintenance and respond to property-related enquiries
- Manage lease renewals, arrears, notices and compliance requirements
- Coordinate routine, final and property condition inspections
- Resolve tenancy matters professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and manage the portfolio to a high standard
About You
You will have previous property management experience and be confident independently managing a residential portfolio.
You will also bring: Strong organisation and time-management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities A calm and practical approach to problem-solving Sound knowledge of residential property management processes A current driver’s licence A professional and collaborative approach
