About the opportunity
people2people is partnering with a growing property management business to recruit a Property Manager for a newly created role.
Based near Perth CBD, you will manage an established portfolio across Perth’s southern suburbs. This is a great opportunity for someone with property management experience who is ready to take ownership of a portfolio, with mentorship to support their development.
About the role
You will be responsible for the full end-to-end management of approximately 90 residential properties, including:
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and managing day-to-day enquiries
- Conducting routine inspections, with the option to outsource these in the future
- Keeping property records and documentation up to date
- Travelling to properties across Perth’s southern corridor
