Quality Assurance Officer


A well-established specialist services organisation within the medicolegal sector is seeking a highly detail-oriented professional to join its growing operations team.

This business supports independent medical reporting and assessment services and is known for its commitment to accuracy, integrity, and high professional standards. The Role
This position plays a key role in ensuring reports and documentation are accurate, compliant, and delivered within agreed timeframes. You will provide administrative and quality assurance support to a team of medical professionals while working closely with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
The role is full-time and primarily office-based, with occasional on-site requirements as business needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities
Administration & Case Support
  • Manage documentation workflows and report templates
  • Process and format reports, correspondence, and supporting material
  • Prepare statutory and regulatory forms as required
  • Maintain accurate records and data across internal systems
  • Coordinate the distribution of reports to relevant parties
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team
  • Ensure all sensitive information is handled in line with privacy and compliance standards
Quality & Compliance
  • Review reports and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Identify errors or omissions and liaise with relevant professionals to resolve issues
  • Ensure outputs align with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor turnaround times and manage priorities effectively
  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding timelines and issues
  • Escalate matters that require further review or intervention
About You
  • Experience in quality assurance, case management, administration, or compliance within medical, allied health, legal, insurance, or regulated professional environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and database or document management systems
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
  • A collaborative team member with a professional, service-focused approach
