Reactivation Officer
Role Summary
In this role, you will make outbound calls, follow a clear process, and have similar conversations throughout the day. Success comes from being patient, empathetic, and comfortable repeating tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Completing high‑volume outbound reactivation calls to members, following a consistent call structure.
- Engaging in repetitive, process‑driven conversations with members to encourage continuation or reinstatement of their membership.
- Providing compassionate support, including discussing payment options or arranging payment plans.
- Working towards daily targets (approximately 60 calls and 5+ reactivations or payment arrangements).
- Sending routine follow‑up emails and SMS messages.
- Updating Salesforce, Excel and internal systems with repetitive, accurate documentation of each call outcome.
- Participating in a small amount of training to support confidence in the role’s procedures.
- A calm, empathetic communicator who is comfortable having similar conversations repeatedly.
- Ability to remain engaged, patient, and positive in a highly repetitive, process‑focused environment.
- Confidence speaking with individuals who may have complex health or personal needs.
- Background in customer service, outbound calling, support work, or membership retention.
- Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, with the ability to learn new systems.
- Commitment to consistent hours for the duration of the 6‑month assignment.
- Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
