About the role
This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as the first point of contact within the organisation while providing essential administrative support. You will manage the front desk, engage with clients, and ensure the smooth operation of office tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and greet clients and visitors
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Build familiarity with regular clients and ongoing matters
- Open, close, and archive client files
- Provide typing and dictation support as required
- Order stationery and office supplies
- Maintain general office upkeep and perform light administrative support tasks
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in a reception or administrative role
- Strong and professional phone manner
- Organised with attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Reliable and well-presented, comfortable in a client-facing role
