The opportunity
This is not an entry-level recruitment role. It is an exciting opportunity to bring your commercial acumen to the team as a 360 Consultant specialising in permanent business support recruitment.
We are looking for someone who understands commercial conversations, someone with influencing skills, agility and a strong drive to succeed.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, building and maintaining a quality portfolio of clients and candidates while delivering a profitable, sustainable desk. A background in recruitment is a nice to have, but we are looking for skillset and commercial experience above all.
You may currently be in:
- Account Management
- Business Development
- Solutions or service-based sales
- B2B professional services
- Industrial or commercial environments
You know how to:
- Manage and grow client portfolios
- Identify commercial pain points and tailor solutions
- Influence senior stakeholders
- Navigate longer sales cycles with professionalism and resilience
In this role, you will:
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients within commercial and professional sectors
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality permanent recruitment solutions
- Source, engage and consult with professional-level candidates
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
