The opportunity
This is not an entry level recruitment role. It's an exciting opportunity to bring your commercial acumen to the team as a 360 Consultant specialising in permanent business support recruitment. We're looking for someone who understands commercial conversations, someone who has influencing skills, agility, and is driven to succeed.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle: building and maintaining a quality portfolio of clients and candidates while delivering a profitable, sustainable desk. Yes, a background in recruitment is a nice to have but we're looking for skillset and commercial experience above all.
You may currently be in:
- Account Management
- Business Development
- Solutions / Service based Sales
- B2B Professional Services
- Industrial or Commercial environments
- Manage and grow client portfolios
- Identify commercial pain points and tailor solutions
- Influence senior stakeholders
- Navigate longer sales cycles with professionalism and resilience
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients within commercial, and professional sectors
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality permanent recruitment solutions
- Source, engage and consult with professional level candidates
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
