Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a busy healthcare organisation supporting the recruitment and onboarding of frontline staff who provide essential care across New Zealand. This is a high-volume contract role where you'll play a key part in ensuring services remain fully resourced by keeping recruitment moving, managing candidate pipelines, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience.

Ngā Mahi Matua | What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with hiring managers and the wider recruitment team, you'll coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of frontline positions. From conducting phone interviews and managing compliance through to onboarding successful candidates, you'll ensure every stage of the recruitment journey runs smoothly.

You'll also help balance workforce requirements by supporting the allocation of existing staff while maintaining a strong pipeline of new talent, ensuring business needs are met efficiently and effectively.
