What you’ll be doing

Building strong, influential relationships with employers, senior leaders and stakeholders
Leading a small, high performing team to deliver standout events and engagement
Growing the region commercially — through membership and sponsorship opportunities
Overseeing ACT based governance groups and ensuring meaningful member representation
Managing office operations, budgets and regional performance
Bringing market insights back to drive national strategy and advocacy

What you’ll bring

Proven leadership experience and the ability to inspire and influence
Strong stakeholder management skills — especially with senior executives
Commercial acumen and experience contributing to growth or sales outcomes
Excellent communication, relationship building and presentation skills
Confidence navigating complex environments and leading through change
High digital fluency and openness to new tools and technology
Relevant tertiary qualifications (postgraduate highly regarded)
Experience in a membership body, professional services or public sector related environment is a bonus
