Regional Sales Manager - BENELUX

This individual will need to cultivate deep market and customer insight, tailoring approaches to meet both regional and account-specific needs. Success in this role will be underpinned by strategic relationship management, strong cross-functional collaboration, and excellent account execution.

Key Responsibilities
•Full ownership of the BENELUX region’s P&L and commercial outcomes
•Develop and maintain influential, multi-tiered relationships with key customer accounts
•Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities in both current and emerging business segments
•Craft and implement a multi-year strategic business plan tailored to the region
•Conduct ongoing analysis of performance versus budget and forecast; initiate corrective measures as needed
•Represent the brand externally across the region, while also acting as the internal advocate for regional customer interests
•Evaluate competitive activity and pricing trends to inform commercial strategy
•Manage trade and marketing spend, ensuring strong ROI through detailed pre- and post-activity analysis
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date volume and sales forecasts

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Education
•Proven background (3–5 years) in FMCG sales
•Experience managing key customer P&Ls
•Strong commercial and category development acumen
•Prior exposure to the wine or beverage sector is a plus
•Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
•Fluent in English and at least one local BENELUX language

•Must be based in the Netherlands
•Valid driving license required
•Willingness to travel within the region up to 30% of the time
