We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Retail Data Analytics & Device Manager to lead a talented team of data and analytics professionals while overseeing the strategic management of retail display devices and on-device content. This pivotal role combines leadership, analytics and operational excellence to enhance retail performance and ensure exceptional in-store customer experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage forecasting and logistics for display devices, oversee on-device content and provide actionable insights through robust reporting and analysis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a small team of data and analytics managers to support business priorities and growth.
- Oversee forecasting, allocation and logistics of retail display devices, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Partner with category, supply chain and retail teams to plan and optimise display strategies and planograms.
- Manage on-device content processes, including Retail Mode testing, approvals and functionality assessments.
- Drive usage, insights and reporting, providing analytics to improve engagement and sales conversion.
- Develop and maintain ROI reporting for retail investments, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Analyse and communicate KPI performance to field and retail teams, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align retail initiatives.
- Proven experience in retail analytics, data management or retail operations within a large or complex organisation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience developing teams.
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in data tools and systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience managing retail display logistics, content systems or on-device engagement tools is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
