Retail Data Analytics & Device Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Retail Data Analytics & Device Manager to lead a talented team of data and analytics professionals while overseeing the strategic management of retail display devices and on-device content. This pivotal role combines leadership, analytics and operational excellence to enhance retail performance and ensure exceptional in-store customer experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage forecasting and logistics for display devices, oversee on-device content and provide actionable insights through robust reporting and analysis.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and develop a small team of data and analytics managers to support business priorities and growth.
Oversee forecasting, allocation and logistics of retail display devices, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Partner with category, supply chain and retail teams to plan and optimise display strategies and planograms.
Manage on-device content processes, including Retail Mode testing, approvals and functionality assessments.
Drive usage, insights and reporting, providing analytics to improve engagement and sales conversion.
Develop and maintain ROI reporting for retail investments, providing data-driven recommendations.
Analyse and communicate KPI performance to field and retail teams, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align retail initiatives.

About You:

Proven experience in retail analytics, data management or retail operations within a large or complex organisation.
Strong leadership and people management skills with experience developing teams.
Advanced analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in data tools and systems.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Experience managing retail display logistics, content systems or on-device engagement tools is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
